About the Course
The yoga class commences with a short relaxation and breathing awareness. This is followed by warm ups, stretching and limbering for the practice of more challenging postures. The class sometimes includes meditation and finishes with a 10 - minute deep relaxation session.
What you need to bring
Wear loose comfortable clothing
A blanket, towel or mat to lie on
A cushion or blanket to roll up to sit on and raise the hips
Bring an extra blanket in winter to keep warm during relaxation
