T2 Intermediate Crochet
Ages 11 - 14 ; 9.30am - 12.30pm ; with Rhonda Breen
Course Description
Material Fee: $10 paid to the tutor in cash on the day. If you already know how to use single crochet and treble crochet stitches this workshop is for you. You will use these stitches to create a small animal, small coaster or large flower pot coaster. Learn how to work into a ring and crochet in the round, how to change colours and how to create simple designs using just single and treble stitches. About your Tutor: Rhonda has over 20 years of experience as an artist; in drawing, painting, photography, sculpture and printmaking. She’s been working with children in many different educational programs for over 15 years as well. Rhonda enjoys teaching art and the specific skills required in various mediums and then allowing students to experiment and explore the techniques and use their own creativity to complete their artwork. What to Bring: Students may like to bring an old shirt or smock to wear over their clothes. Materials fee: $10 paid to the tutor on the day.

Terms and Conditions
A 20% administration fee applies to cancellations made before the beginning of the term. No refund will be given once the term has started. Participants in the term courses must be 18+ unless attending the After School or School Holiday workshops. Classes are not held on public holidays. Course start and finishing dates may vary due to public holidays and the availability of the course tutor. A full refund will only be given if a course is cancelled by the Tresillian Arts Centre. A refund will only be given if you have a medical certificate for the dates you have missed. No pro-rata payments are available for term courses or if classes are unattended by the student.
