Course Description
This an Advanced Conversation Course (100% spoken French) designed for students who can communicate spontaneously and easily with a native speaker and engage in various conversation in French on different topics. Your Tutor: Nathalie Butcher I’m an experienced native speaker French teacher I have 25 years of experience in teaching languages in a wide range of situations, for all type of students and for various objectives. After teaching for many years prescribed curriculum, I have developped my own method and my own resources to offer a friendly and relaxed course using the structuro-global method based on oral; placing the emphasis on the sturctures, sound, intonation of the language in the same way a child learns its mother tongue without the need to dissect or excessively analyse the language. In my course, grammar is introduced appropriately whenever it helps the process of understanding and learning to speak correctly. Terms and Conditions
A 20% administration fee applies to cancellations made before the beginning of the term. No refund will be given once the term has started. Participants in the term courses must be 18+ unless attending the After School or School Holiday workshops. Classes are not held on public holidays. Course start and finishing dates may vary due to public holidays and the availability of the course tutor. A full refund will only be given if a course is cancelled by the Tresillian Arts Centre. A refund will only be given if you have a medical certificate for the dates you have missed. No pro-rata payments are available for term courses or if classes are unattended by the student.
